What we did
Northline moves 60 million parcels a year through eleven depots. Fuel and subcontracted line-haul made up 81 percent of the footprint.
Emissions per parcel fell from 412 g to 239 g while volume grew by a fifth.
They rebuilt our footprint from the vans up. For the first time the board and the depot managers were looking at the same number.
