How we count
- Client-reportedEvery figure comes from a client's own audited report, not from our model.
- Counted onceA tonne cut with two services is booked to the one that started the work.
- AssuredAn independent reviewer samples one engagement in five each year.
Where we were wrong
- Scope 3 came in lateSupplier data took nine months longer than we planned on four engagements.
- Two targets slippedTwo clients moved their target year after an acquisition. We count them as missed.
- Our own travel roseOur flights went up 12 percent. We now budget them per engagement.
